We always start with a complimentary discovery session to get to know each other. You’ll be invited to a digital meeting so that we can learn more about your past travel experiences, your travel wish lists, likes/dislikes and more about the vision for your upcoming cycle trip. We will also discuss how we will work together moving forward and review the cycleplanitaly design fees. Having established the contours of your trip, you will then receive an initial executive outline of the services to be provided, together with a quote.

design
As soon as an offer has been accepted, we begin the process of refining your travel design. This is where we use our travel expertise and connections to pull together an epic itinerary for you. We design a custom itinerary taking advantage of perks and experiences that you simply cannot find online. During this phase, you can be as involved or hands off as you like. When your itinerary design is complete and booked, we’ll be working behind the scenes with regular check with our partners, transports (strikes, timetable chenges etc.) and tracks status (meteo alerts, roads closures etc.).

With a complete, seamlessly integrated itinerary in hand, you’re ready to travel and enjoy your relaxing holiday or adventurous getaway. En-voyage, we’ll be available through our whatsapp/ telegram support to fine-tune the details of your journey or to fix unexpected issues to help ensure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. Don’t forget to send us snapshots along the way!

Cycleplanitaly is a true advisory – like your financial advisor, or legal counsel – just a lot more fun! We work together on a consultative basis to design the right trip for you and making the most of your most precious asset, time.
The below is an outline of our fees, for more detailed information or questions, please reach out to find out what is included for each plan.
TRAVEL DESIGN FEE
300€ for 1-7 days of travel for up to 2 people. Each additional partial or full week is an additional 200€.
450€ for 1-7 days of travel for up to 5 people. Each additional partial or full week is an additional 350€
Each person over 5 people is an additional 50€/person/week thereafter.
This covers all the nuts and bolts of a complete trip.
